titleFeature Retirement: frevvo for Confluence

Atlassian announced they will drop support for Confluence Server by 2024, and in early 2024 (see this article). Existing Confluence Server customers users have been encouraged to migrate to Confluence Cloud. The existing frevvo plug-in is not compatible with Confluence Cloud, and there are no plans frevvo does not plan to release a Confluence Cloud -compatible frevvo plug-in.

Who is impacted?

Only frevvo customers using the frevvo for Confluence plug-in are impacted.

What does this mean for you?
  • frevvo will

continue to be supported for current customers using Confluence Server versions indicated in the compatibility matrix below. When you migrate to Confluence Cloud, you will need to create a new frevvo tenant. Please see this documentation for details. frevvo with Confluence is not available to new customers.

Existing customers planning to migrate to Confluence Cloud should consider creating a new non-confluence frevvo tenant for day-forward processes from the time of migration. Consider our other available connectors for storing and managing form data, and our available Security Managers for user and role management.

Please contact your account manager or sales@frevvo.com to discuss these options in more detail and identify the best migration path for your business.

Info

frevvo only supports Confluence Enterprise versions. New Confluence Enterprise version releases will only be certified with the latest frevvo release.

Customers must upgrade to the latest major frevvo release compatible with the Confluence Enterprise version.
