It was deployed to the  Cloud and is available for On Premise customers at the time of the v10.0 on-premise release from our frevvo Software Downloads Directory. This version of the SharePoint Connector was certified with Live Forms Server v10.0. We suggest that On Premise customers upgrade to this version to meet the compatibility requirements.
