This tutorial will introduce you to creating workflows with frevvo. We'll go through some of the main features. This tutorial is not intended to be detailed user documentation but serves as a quick start guide. This tutorial is for the Cloud (frevvo Online) version of the software.

What you will need

You need a frevvo Online account – signup for a 30 day trial if you don't already have an account.

Create a Purchase Order workflow

1. Add some fields to the default form such as a table and money control to collect purchase order line items and a grand total.
2. Go to the Rules editing mode, and explore the rules that frevvo built for you. For example, the Initialize User Name, Email, Manager Id, and Date fields will prefill some information based on the logged-in user's details.
3. Add two new rules and use the Visual Rule Builder to instantly compute the Subtotal and Total.
