At the top of the Flows Work Area click the  Edit toolbar (where you see the Finish and Cancel buttons) Flow Properties icon in the toolbar to access the flow’s properties, which are shown in the lower-left portion of the Flow Designer. The properties section has tabs for Settings, Style and Flow Info.
