- The form has a section at the top called "My Items". It contains common fields like First and Last names, Email address, Signature etc. that are part of most workflows.
- There are also two sections generated for approvals. One called Manager and another called Finance (the names may be different depending on what you entered in the wizard). Each has a text box for any comments, a signature and a date that will be generated automatically.
Rules
Click on the Rules button (highlighted in blue in the screenshot below) in the Guided Designer pane.
The wizard has generated numerous rules. You can expand any rule by clicking the down arrow next to it.
- There's a rule to automatically initialize fields in the form e.g., First and Last name, Email address etc.
- Rules also automatically set dates, show/hide parts of the form as the workflow progresses etc.
