The [[V4_Flows_Home_Page | flows home page]] appears when you click on the Flows tab.

You won't see any forms or flow the first time you use Live Forms, but as you soon as you create some you'll see them here in their respective location either in the Forms tab for forms and the Flows tab for flows.
