Add/Edit a Form 

• Start by civeicking clicking New  in the applications home page to add your first application. Then click the name of the application or the Edit  icon and click New  in the forms home page to create your first form.
• Or, to work on a form you’ve already started, click the name of an existing form or click the Edit  icon below the form name.
