After the user submits the form, if the form was shared via "Full Page/Popup" or "Link (Email/Web page)", the window containing the form will be closed.

For example you can dynamically set the email address to send the data to instead of hard coding an email address. See the section on using templates in doc action/doc URI wizards for full details.
