Clicking on a tab or section controls control in your form will show an additional Security tab in the properties pane. The top section portion of the tab displays a Role drop down which allows the forms designer to configure a section or tab control in the form to one or more roles. Refer to Manage Roles for the details. A section or tab that is assigned to a specific role is only visible to users with that role. Required controls in the assigned section or tab will not prevent submission of the form when that section or tab is not visible. For Example, a Leave Approval Request an Expense Report form typically has an Employee section and a Manager Approval section. Assigning the role of Manager to the Manager Approval section ensures that the section only becomes visible to a user with the role of manager. The Manager Approval section will not be visible to an An employee who does not have that role will not see this section. More More than one role can be selected by holding down the <CTRL> key and clicking on the desired roles.
