Setup for Forms and Workflows

Follow these instructions in the Quick Start Installation Guide: Live Forms™ in-house to sign up and quickly configure . When the registration and configuration are completed, and you have added a tenant and a non-admin user, you can setup for Forms and Workflows as described below. It will be helpful to have these additional roles and users already created, if you want to try the tutorials during your evaluation. You may choose to install as a Windows Service, Follow the instructions below for the configuration details. |

Setup for Forms and Workflows
- Login to as the tenant admin.
- On the page that is displayed, click the "Manage Roles" link.
- There is a single role (will be two default roles listed, frevvo.Designer )and frevvo.Editor .
- Click the
icon, fill in the form and submit it to create new roles e.g. Employee or Manager. If you are planning on trying the Employee On Boarding Tutorial, minimally create Employee, Manager and HR roles . - Click the 'Back to Manage Tenant' " link.
- On the page that is displayed, click the "Manage Users" link.
- There is a single user (the administrative user you defined when you created the tenant). By default, only users beginning with the letter A are displayed. Note that you will have to click the link to display All users. By default, only users beginning with the letter A are displayed.Click the
- To add more users, click the icon, fill in the form and submit it. Assign roles to the user as desired. Note that you must assign the frevvo.Designer role to any users who wish to design forms.
- The new user will be created. Create as many users and assign them roles as needed. If you want to try the Employee On Boarding Tutorial, you will need a designer user who can create forms/flows, a user that does not have an assigned role, a user with the Manager Role and a user with the role of HR.
- Logout of the tenant admin account and login .
- Login as one of the newly created users with the frevvo.Designer role and start by filling in the User, Password and Tenant fields. Start building forms and workflows .
- Note that you must login using the syntax: userid@tenant for the user name. For example, if the newly created tenant was named example.com then all users in that tenant must login using the ID: user@example.com. Type in your password as before.
