Dates will be stored in the YYYY-MM-DD format and time values will all be converted to a canonical UTC timezone in the XML document. Date/Time values will be converted to the XML standard YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ. 

Note

You will see the tie time values converted to UTC time if the time ifmhe value was entered by user into the form. You will see a UTC offset if the value was set by rule, _data or XML inititialization. For example: 10:30 browser time EDT == 14:30Z or 10:30+4:00. Both are correctly formatted UTC values. The Z specifies UTC and the +4:00 is an example of the UTC offset.
