You will see the time values converted to UTC time ifmhe time if the value was entered by user into the form by a user. You will see a UTC the UTC offset if the value was set by rule, _data or XML inititialization. For example: 10:30 browser time EDT == is equal to 14:30Z or 10:30+4:00. Both are correctly formatted UTC values. The Z specifies UTC and the +4:00 is an example of the UTC offset. |
