Access Control for Users or Roles

Access control can be granted to specific  users or roles. Click on the Image Removed icon to create/edit the ACL records for the Expense Form. The Access Control list screen has two sections: ACLEntry and ACLEntry roles.

Shared Forms

The Shared Item screen will display on the Home Page of any user or designated role that has been granted the access to view the form submissions The user can view the form submissons by clicking on the Submissions Image Removed icon.

 Users that are not granted access control for submissions will see an empty Shared Items tab when they sign on to .
