A production form or flow is one that has been deployed for production use. Live Forms designers can create as many forms or flows as they want without deploying them. Undeployed forms and flows contain a non-production watermark. When you deploy a form or flow, the watermark is removed. You can undeploy production forms and flows and then redeploy themDeploying the form removes the watermark. Before you share your form with other people to use you need to deploy the form. If you have a form you no longer want to share you can undeploy the form.
An admin can use the MANAGE > Manage Production Forms link to display a list of all forms deployed to production. The example below shows the production forms for a single tenant; if you log in as a superuser admin, the page displays the production forms for all the tenants on the local server.
Users such as Live Forms designers Designers users can use the MY ACCOUNT > Manage Production Forms link to display the production forms list, but they can only undeploy their own forms.
...
- Click to undeploy a form. The form still exists on the tenant, but is no longer in production.
- Click a form name to go to the owner's application page and view all the forms the user created on the tenant (see the example below).
