Guided Tours and Page Help are available for new and existing Cloud customers. These helpful tools  Sign up for a free 30 day trial account if you do not already have one.

In-house customers can configure Guided Tours and Page Help by enabling the appcues.enabled parameter in the frevvo.xml file. These features require the purchase and installation of the APPCUES code tool.

Guided  Tours

Log Guided Tours are available for all workflow templates. You must be logged into your  trial tenant as the a designer user. (designer@<your tenant> and a Guided Tour is automatically launched). The tour(s) shows you how easy it is to Install the PO templateinstall the form/flow templates, try it out and edit the workflow to make a simple changethem and make simple changes to them. 

Guided Tours are available for all workflow templates.  customers with existing /production accounts simply need to install a workflow template then click the Image RemovedGuided Tour button to launch the tour. automatically launched when you:

  • Sign up for a free 30 day trial account  and log into your tenant for the first time.
  • Install a workflow template
  • Click the Test button  on a form or flow template
  • Click the Edit button on a form or flow template

. Guided Tours are also available on-demand by clicking the Image Addedbutton.

You may notice that the correct elements are not highlighted or scrolling is not working properly when participating in a Guided Tour using the IE 11 browser. This is a known APPCUES issue.

When you click on Page Help in the Form/flow Designers, a short tour automatically launches that offers tips, information about the  features available on that page and a link to the full documentation for that page. Page Help is available for the following:

  • Applications Home Page
  • Forms Home Page
  • Flows Home Page
  • Form and Flow designers
