See that the wizard has generated a workflow based on what we entered in the wizard. At the top is the Guided Designer panel. You can use this pane to navigate between the various elements of the workflow – the workflow itself, forms, business rules, PDF mapping, and settings. Feel free to click the icons to see what they do.
Set a custom button label
- Click the Employee Step. In the Settings tab, change the Continue Label property to “Send to Manager”.
- Click the Manager Step. In the Settings tab, change the Continue Label property to “Send to Finance”.
- Click the Finance Step. In the Settings tab, change the Continue Label property to “Approve PO”.
Customize the Notification Email
- Click the Manager Step. Click the tab called Assignment and change the Subject property to “Purchase order from {firstName} {lastName} requires approval”.
- Click the Finance Step. In the Assignment tab, change the Subject property to “Purchase order from {firstName} {lastName} requires approval”.
