Form and control templates are managed by the tenant admin. Forms can be published by the tenant admin or by any user in the tenant but only the tenant admin can permanently remove templates from the database or add them to the New Forms Wizard.

Manage Form Templates

Form Templates can be permanently removed from the database or added to the new form wizard which appears every time you create a new form by clicking icon in the Forms Home Page. Login as the tenant admin. Click Manage Form Templates.  Template menu items appear on the left sidebar. You can locate your published templates by clicking on Forms by Category or Forms by Tag.

Click on the category or tag to display the list of published forms. Click

 

New Form Wizard

 

ONLY forms published by the tenant admin get added to this wizard. Forms published by non-admins are only added to the Examples area. To add a template to the new form wizard:

  1. Login as the tenant admin
  2. Upload the form you want to appear in the wizard into the tenant admin's account
  3. Publish the form

This is how the new form wizard looks after completing these steps for a form named Job Application.

To edit a category name, type in its text box and click Submit.

  • Click to create a new category. Type the category name and click Submit.
  • Click to remove the category from the tenant.
