Guided Tours and Page Help are available for new and existing Cloud customers. These helpful tools
Sign up for a free 30 day trial account if you do not already have one.
In-house customers can configure Guided Tours and Page Help by enabling the appcues.enabled parameter in the frevvo.xml file. These features require the purchase and installation of the APPCUES code tool.

Guided Tours
Log into your trial tenant as the designer@<your tenant> and a Guided Tour is automatically launched. The tour shows you how easy it is to Install the PO template, try it out and edit the workflow to make a simple change.
Guided Tours are available for all workflow templates. customers with existing /production accounts simply need to install a workflow template then click the Guided Tours button to launch the tour. and Page Help can be invoked on–demand by clicking the appropriate button.
You may notice that the correct elements are not highlighted or scrolling is not working properly when participating in a Guided Tour using the IE 11 browser. This is a known APPCUES issue.

Login to your
trial tenant as a designer user.
- Click the big Orange Guided Tour button on the main Applications page.
