Here are additional tasks you may want to perform as the Live Forms server administrator:

Delete Submissions

Deleted form and flow submissions are soft deleted in the Live Forms server's database. Soft deleted submissions take up space in your database. If you want to permanently delete submissions you can run a database script to hard delete them. You can download the hard delete scripts here for your specific database type and Live Forms release:

Import 4.1.7+ data folder

If you are upgrading to version 5x from versions 4.1.7+,  menu import item on the Manage Server page is available to help with your upgrade. The Import /frevvo/data feature is available to the superuser admin only and supports import from the following frevvo GA releases:

  • 4.1.7 and later  
  • No labels
