A read-only Properties Navigator displays on the right side of the Flow Designer when you create/edit a workflow. 

The purpose of the properties navigator is to:

• Provide the designer with a quick view of the important properties that are currently set up in your flow. Some tabs are not included.

• Allow for quick navigation into the flow properties edit dialog to the relevant tab for immediate editing.

The Properties Navigator provides information for the settings, permissions, messages, searchable fields, styles, and form and doc action wizards for most flows.
