Manage Submissions
Online tracks the number of submission entries your tenant users create in the database. This is referred to as the transaction count and is not just for submitted forms. The transaction count increments when:
- A user submits a form.
- A user submits the final step of a workflow.
- A workflow step - saves a partially completed workflow when forwarding it to the next user/role.
- A user saves a partially completed form/flow for later completion, when “save audit history” is enabled.
You can view the number of transactions used each month in your tenant by logging in as the tenant administrator. Click the Manage Submissions link on the main tenant management page to view the list. Online user accounts may have a maximum limit on the number of submissions allowed each month, beyond which the account is charged for each additional submission.
