You can dynamically route the workflow to the correct manager based on run-time data entered in the form. For example, in the frevvo free trial version, the designer user reports to a user named 'jerry'. Since the form will automatically collect the user's manager Id using the Initialize rule, we can use a frevvo template to reference this manager Id in the Step Assignment field.
We'll also edit the Manager Approval section to add a digital signature. When the Manager is logged in and clicks "Sign this section", a text signature and date stamp will automatically be placed on the section.
