A production form/workflow is one that has been deployed for production use. Undeployed form/workflows contain a non-production watermark. Deploying the form/workflow removes the watermark. Before you share your form/workflow with other people to use you need to deploy the form/workflow. If you have a form/workflow you no longer want to share you can undeploy the form/workflow.

An admin can use the Manage Production Forms link to display a list of all form/workflows deployed to production. The example below shows the production forms for a single tenant; if you log in as a superuser admin, the page displays the production form/workflows for all the tenants on the local server.

Designers users can use the MY ACCOUNT > Manage Production Forms link to display the production form/workflows list, but they can only undeploy their own form/workflows.

  • Click to undeploy a form/workflow. The form/workflow still exists on the tenant, but is no longer in production.
  • Click a form/workflow name to go to the owner's project page and view the form/workflows the user created on the tenant (see the example below). Deployed forms/workflows are marked with a flag.
