Product Training

Product training is available for customers and partners.

Approval Workflows

Duration: Three virtual instructor-led sessions

The training is conducted over three consecutive sessions each running between 3-4 hours duration. The cost is $500 per student. Please contact us with questions.

Curriculum

This class is hands on. Students will have time to work on class exercises and ask questions. Students will be given a frevvo cloud account to use during the class and must have internet access to http://app.frevvo.com.

  • Learn Common flow design paradigms

  • Understand how frevvo approval workflows function

  • Learn basic thru advanced workflow configurations
  • Learn all the using flows features - task list, notification emails, escalations & reminders, spaces, desktop & mobile

  • Learn how to configure tenant users & roles needed for workflows

  • Understand Access Control settings and usage

  • Setup Wet and Digital Signatures
  • Learn how to include a person outside your organization (sign a purchase order)
  • Understand all the features of the flow designer

  • Easily design & build a 3 step approval workflow (ie. expense report, leave approval)

  • Easily debug a flow and flow rules

  • Understand Desktop and mobile usage
  • Understand the difference between screen flows, workflows and when to use linked steps.

  • Understand how to use features for more complex workflows (ie. Purchase Order Tutorial)
  • This class assumes students have previous experience designing forms and writing basic business rules.

Mini Sessions

Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours virtual instructor-led sessions

This training provides core Live Forms product expertise to customers and partners in small easy to attend power packed mini sessions on specific key topics. Students will benefit from attending either a single session or multiple sessions. The cost is $225 per student per session. Mini Training sessions are current free for all to join. Client Services Training

We ensure your success with your new form and workflow applications. These classes are available to clients at the conclusion of their project with our team. They are customized with application specific details and delivered during the final project hand-off period.

Help Desk / Admin Training

Prepare your Help Desk person (staff) to assist your user community.

  • Assist users in signing into the tenant space.

  • Assist users in accessing and performing their tasks.

  • Troubleshoot task list and submission repository concerns.

  • Request changes to the application or user's profiles.

  • Understand the application including business logic and notifications.

  • Understanding when to reach out for product support.

Designer Training

Prepare your form designers to maintain and enhance your new form/workflow.

  • Understand your form and workflow design.
  • Understand the business logic and dynamic behaviors.
  • Understand all integration touch points.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and make fixes and enhancements to the form/flow/logic.
  • Ability to diagnose integration issues. 

 Note: If your frevvo application has complex business rules or deep integration (ex: database) the correct customer resource(s) must be identified to participate in this class. Additional training may be recommended (ex: frevvo database connector, frevvo workflows training).

SE Core Training

Duration: 2 hours

This class is intended for the technical sales engineer and will familiarize you with the pre-built sales demos available in your demo account. You will see the pre-built demos run and become comfortable using these tools yourself. This class includes a Getting Started introduction to the Live Forms designer so SEs can build their own custom demos and POCs. This training offers the opportunity for  certification.

Certification

This course offers SE Certification.

Sales Seminar

Duration: 1 hour

This seminar is intended for frevvo resellers needing to quickly jump start their knowledge of frevvo sales tools and best selling practices. Sales people will learn the key value propositions and be able to clearly articulate the value & ease of use of Live Forms.
