Now let's set up the individual steps in the workflow.

  1. Change the Step Name from “Step 1” to “Employee”.
  2. Click the blue + button twice. Change the step names from “Step 2” and “Step 3” to “Manager” and “Finance”, respectively. The screen should look like the image below (click the image to zoom).
  3. Click Finish.

Both steps are assigned to your email address by default. We'll leave them as is for now. You can also route workflow steps to users or roles.
