DocuPhase Forms offers training seminars and classes for DocuPhase Forms partners and customers. We are committed to ensuring your success. See more details below and schedules for each course.

DocuPhase Forms offers many features and configurations and though we make it easy for non-technical folks to design forms and simple approval workflows sometimes you would like a little extra help. Designer Workshops

This training provides DocuPhase Forms product expertise to customers and partners in small, accessible, power-packed sessions on key topics. Designer workshops are included in our Essential and Premium support plans, and you can attend as many workshops as you would like. Please contact us with questions.

Duration: 1- hour virtual instructor-led sessions

Prerequisite: Some experience with the form and workflow designers is desired. Please review these training videos to familiarize yourself with DocuPhase Forms.

Designer Workshop Topics

Forms & Flows

Take your form & workflow design skills to the next level. This class is great for both new and experienced form designers.

The Designer Workshop: Discovery and Designer 101 will serve as an introduction to the DocuPhase Forms designer tools and features. We will:

  • Discuss form/workflow design patterns to meet a variety of business needs

  • Learn to build a new workflow from scratch and from a template

  • Introduce the form and workflow designer UI, tools and features

  • Answer your questions

The Designer Workshop: Customizing Forms and Workflows tailored to new designers and will serve as an introduction to the workflow properties, settings, and other customization features. The class is best for those who have experience using the form designer.

We will :

  • Explore form, step and flow settings

  • Learn to create a personalized user experience

Business Rules, Preconditions and Templates

See how to use the Visual Rule Builder to quickly add the most popular business logic to your forms without writing code. Learn tips from a DocuPhase Forms expert.

The Designer Workshop: Dynamic Forms and Workflows is tailored to new designers and will serve as an introduction to business rules, preconditions, templates and other ways to make your forms and workflows dynamic. 

We will:

  • Work with the Visual Rule Builder

  • Create a Precondition

  • Use templates to dynamically route a workflow.

PDF Mapping

Discover a unique and handy DocuPhase Forms tool that allows you to map your form data to any PDF, such as IRS tax form or a branded business form. 

The Designer Workshop: Document Output (PDF Mapping and Styles) is tailored to new designers and will serve as an introduction to the various document outputs a workflow can produce.

We will

  • Customize the PDF snapshot and form style

  • Map an uploaded PDF

  • Send documents to parties during or after the workflow.

Integrations

Learn how to send email, integrate with a document management system, or post data using our many robust integrations options.

The Designer Workshop: Integration Options is tailored to new designers and will serve as an introduction to common workflow integrations such as database, Google apps, Sharepoint, and DocuPhase Pro.

We will:

  • Explore the DocuPhase Connectors and integration options

  • Demonstrate a few simple integration examples.

Test, Publish and Support your Production Workflows

Workflow Training

Our multi-day workflow classes are for customers interested in designing and building workflows all the way from simple, to moderate to complex. The sessions consist of a series of instructor-led exercises where you'll roll up your sleeves to apply best practices in the design and implementation of several workflows. All students receive a free account on our training tenant to work on exercises during the class. Workflow Training is included in our Essential and Premium support plans.

Workflow Training I is for anyone building their first workflow in DocuPhase Forms, and reseller partners seeking customer support certification. You'll design and build an approval workflow with a focus on the standard design features.

Client Services Training

We ensure your success with your new form and workflow projects. These classes are available to clients at the conclusion of their project with our team, or to customers on our Premium support plan. They can be customized with project-specific details and coordinated with your project’s timeline.

Help Desk / Admin Training

Prepare your Help Desk person (staff) to assist your user community.

  • Assist users in signing into the tenant portal.

  • Assist users in accessing and performing their tasks.

  • Troubleshoot task list and submission repository concerns.

  • Request changes to the project or user's profiles.

  • Understand the project including business logic and notifications.

  • Understanding when to reach out for product support.

Designer Training

Prepare your form designers to maintain and enhance your new form/workflow.

  • Understand your form and workflow design.

  • Understand the business logic and dynamic behaviors.

  • Understand all integration touch points.

  • Ability to diagnose issues and make fixes and enhancements to the form/workflow/logic.

  • Ability to diagnose integration issues. 

 Note: If your DocuPhase Forms project has complex business rules or deep integration (ex: database) the correct customer resource(s) must be identified to participate in this class. Additional training may be recommended (ex: DocuPhase Forms database connector, DocuPhase Forms workflows training).
