4. Route to the Finance Role

A frevvo Role is a group of users. When you assign a step to a role, all users in that role will get a task notification and have the opportunity to perform that task.

1. In the Step Properties Assignment tab, remove the email assignment.
2. Type Finance into the Assign to Role field.
