At frevvo, customer success is our top priority. We've been working on some great new features and updates to the Live Forms software. v5.3 was released to the frevvo cloud hosted (SaaS) platform on May 4th and is now available to all In-house customers and partners as v5.3.2. Here are 6 reasons to Upgrade to Live Forms v5.3. This release has full support for upgrades from v4.1.7+ and v5.1.1.

If you're upgrading from v4.1.7+ please request a new license key from support@frevvo.com. v4 keys do not unlock v5 software.

Dear Customer,

At frevvo, customer success is our top priority. Your cloud hosted (SaaS) tenant on http://app.frevvo.com will be automatically upgraded to Live Forms v5.3 in 3 days.
 
Important Information for the v5.3 upgrade:
 Live Forms v5.3 is a major release update. This upgrade includes high availability and security infrastructure cloud improvements.

  • The upgrade window begins at 6:00am ET Sunday May 4th and end at 8:30am.
  • During the upgrade your forms will be temporarily unavailable. Once the upgrade is complete all your forms will be upgraded to the new improved look & feel.
  • Please subscribe to twitter @frevvo for real-time status update tweets.

IP Address changes - What actions do I need to take?

Customers that use firewall white listing for http://app.frevvo.com must add the following IP address to your white list: 54.86.85.105

Your testbed tenant:

  • If you had to make preparatory changes in your testbed tenant, you should plan to upload your testbed tenant forms/flows to your production tenant on May 4th after the production server has been upgraded or as soon thereafter as possible. The upgrade complete time will be tweeted on @frevvo
  • If you choose to make preparatory changes in your testbed tenant for minor changes only, plan to upload your testbed tenant forms/flows to your production tenant after May 4th at your convenience.

At frevvo, customer success is our top priority. Your cloud hosted (SaaS) tenant on http://app.frevvo.com will be automatically upgraded to Live Forms v5.3 on May 3rd. As this release date is quickly approaching we want to ensure that you have the information, time and tools to prepare.
 
Important Information for the v5.3 release Cloud hosted (SaaS) upgrade:

  • Your Live Forms cloud tenant will be upgraded to the v5.3.1 release in 5 days.
  • The time window will be tweeted on @frevvo
  • During the upgrade your forms will be temporarily unavailable. Once the upgrade is complete all your forms will be upgraded to the new improved look & feel.

Your testbed tenant:

Dear Customer

At frevvo, customer success is our top priority. Your cloud hosted (SaaS) tenant on http://app.frevvo.com will be automatically upgraded to Live Forms v5.3 on May 3rd. As this release date is quickly approaching we want to ensure that you have the information, time and tools to prepare.
 
Import Information for the v5.3 release Cloud hosted (SaaS) upgrade:

Please read and understand Planning for v5.3 and migration considerations for Live Forms Online customers.

  1. On April 10th, a copy of your tenant (all users/forms/flows) was created on the Live Forms v5.3 Testbed server. All forms/flows in your testbed tenant copy were automatically migrated to the new v5.3 look & feel. NOTE: Your production server tenant on http://app.frevvo.com is unaffected and remains at v5.1.1 until the automatic upgrade on May 3rd.
  2. Your testbed tenant copy will give you time to prepare for the production server upgrade on May 3rd.
  3. Access your testbed tenant copy at http://app-test53-in.frevvo.com. The login credentials for all your tenant users is the same as in your production server tenant.
  4. All submissions you create in your testbed tenant are temporary and should NOT be used for production.
  5. We recommend that you test all of your forms/flows on the testbed to confirm that look & feel adjustments are not needed.
