The frevvo team is pleased to announce the release of v7.0. v7.0 is a major new release.
v7.0.3 (r28922)
11/4/2016
v7.0.3 is primarily a bug fix patch release. It includes one enhancement. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 11/5/2016.

Enhancements:
- #18892 - Messages in the frevvo logfile for In-house and Cloud specify additional information such as the tenant and user id associated with the entry.
Tickets Fixed:
- #19076 - A configured PDF Name property is not applied to the PDF file that is sent in activity doc action email.
- #19751 - Business Rules in forms/flows and wizards using hardcoded URLs to connect to the Google, PVE and Box.com connectors will break if the connectors are moved to a different physical location.
- #20115 - v5.3.9 -> v7.0.2 upgrade fails when users have duplicate names that only differ in case (e.g. user 'a' and user 'A').
- #20119 - Ability to adjust tab sizes using the Tab Width property does not work
- #20191 - Daily rollover and renaming of the frevvo.log into the subdirectory named "old" does not happen.
- #20234 - "Could not initialize control template" error during upgrade from v6.2.7 -> v7.0.2

v7.0.2 is a bug fix patch release. If upgrading from a version previous to v7, installation instructions can be found in the Upgrade Guide. If you are upgrading from v7.0.0 or v7.0.1, refer to the Applying a Minor Patch Update topic. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 9/24/2016.

#19795 - Error when resuming a screen flow via a task link in an e-mail when Save on Navigate is configured.
#19884 - Cannot expand sections disabled by a business rule.

This is the initial GA release of Live Forms v7.0. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 7/23/2016. in-house customers should refer to the Upgrade documentation.
New Features:
- #19023 - Operational Reports for Business Insights helps the tenant admin analyze business insights.
- #16728 - Ability to distinguish between user loaded attachments, form PDF, Pixel Perfect PDFs and form xml via Form and Doc Action wizards.
- #19271 - SAML tenant now supports a backdoor tenant admin account that does not require SAML authentication.
- #19096 - Checkbox to Show/HIde the Login/Logout buttons in Spaces
- #5931 - Update Schema function for workflows.
- #19454 - A Save to File System wizard to make connecting your Forms/Flows to the Filesystem Connector easier.

- #9477 - Anonymous signup option is visible when creating an LDAP tenant
- #9579 - Controls generated from schema exhibit the following issue: selection controls labels are not displayed, Required property of all controls is enabled and checked,Repeating control has min=1, max=1 (no + is displayed), in use mode, entering invalid value does not give error.
#18765 - Rules in a custom control do not work if you drag multiple copies of that control into the same form.

#19007 - Application error when updating schema in a workflow
#19020 - Role names are limited to 50 characters in the Live Forms database. Login fails when a user with a role name that exceeds 50 characters tries to log into a SAML tenant.
#19031 - Using square bracket notations when getting /setting object properties in rules shows warning - [property]'is better written in dot notation' in the Rules validator.
#19065 - Null in submission XML when a flow is DL/UL in the same app or a flow uploaded to a previous version is submitted in v7.0.
#19066, #19555 - Submissions of a workflow with Show in History unchecked do not display in search results if the application containing the workflow is downloded/uploaded to a different user.
#19070 - If the text of a rejection notification email contains a comma, the text is duplicated in the email to the user and the designer will see duplicate text when re-editing the notification email.
- #19071 - "Access Denied. Authentication required." error if a logged in user clicks on a link to perform an anonymous step in a workflow.
#19074 - {task.perform.url} shows Access Denied message instead of login box if the flow is Public.
- #19080 - Reassign Task to User combobox label shows "Assignee(s)" when configuring the Escalation feature.
- #19121 - Form outline does not have activate and deactivate properties listed for forms.
- #19142 - Attachments are sent with the Doc Action Email even if ""Send Data"" checkbox is unchecked.
#19197 - Changing the display type of a number control with a pattern to a Quantity control displays default values as a Number.
#19218 - Comments around erroneous code in rules does not prevent errors from occurring.
#19223 - Validation error message is not displayed for Nillable element in schemas.
#19224 - Required control inside an optional repeating section in a schema is seen as required in edit mode.
#19229 - Required property of optional controls from schema is not disabled by default.
#19240 - JBoss + SQL server installation on fresh/empty db triggers the v5.1 to v5.2 upgrade scripts.
#19249 - Not able to copy-paste rich text into message control if the text contains special characters.
#19251 - When a logged in user clicks the link in an Anonymous Email flow Step and performs it, the task becomes locked by this user. Anonymous users who subsequently click the same link receive an error.
#19263 - NPE on accessing public form in LDAP tenant.
#19268 - Rick Text Editor does not accept words with French accents.
#19269 - Not able to localize the "You can't leave this empty" message for required controls in Accessible forms.
#19271 - API Login method does not work for SAML and Azure tenants.
- #19360 - Not able to update the text in a Message control if it contains special characters.
- #19365 - Debug console shows RULE_ERROR when a custom group control with a control inside it (and a rule associated with that control) is dragged to a form more than once.
- #19366 - Prefix used in condition does not trigger the rule.
- #19418 - Not able to map fields in certain acroforms.
- #19466 - Assign to a different user field on the Modifying a Task screen is not a dropdown. This makes it possible to assign tasks to invalid users.
#19503 - The Cancel button on the task search screen does not render correctly in the Chrome browser on a desktop.
- #19505 - LDAP tenant private forms and flows can be accessed by any user.
#19544 - Mobile Test Views in design mode do not default to framed view on the desktop.
- #19565 - Performing a csv upload containing default roles causes error in a SAML tenant.
- #19571 - Custom javascript not working due to XSS scrubbing.
- #19624 - Activate and Deactivate properties are not listed in the Rule Outline.
- #19666 - The Submit button is split in Chrome Version 41.0.2272.76 m.

End of Life Policy
frevvo supports major versions for two years after the first GA release date. For some releases, the End of Life Date may be extended. Documentation for Live Forms versions (in red - beginning with v5.1)) that are no longer supported is available on our frevvo Documentation Directory.
