The frevvo team is pleased to announce the release of  v7.2 - a major new release.

v7.2.8 (rc8c101f)

7/23//2018

v7.2.8 is a small patch release with one reported issue fix. This patch is available for in-house customers from our Software Downloads Directory. If you are already running v7.2.x , please see Applying a Minor Patch Update.
You may notice the revision numbers for Live Forms have changed. The revision number is now a unique 40 character string. Release notes refer to the revision number by the first 7 characters.

• incorporates Invisible reCaptcha to protect forms against spamming(#22131)

v7.2.6 (r30914)

10/2/2017 - In-house Only

v7.2.6 is a bug fix patch release only available for In-house customers. The 7.2.6 tomcat bundle can be downloaded from the frevvo Patch Release Directory. In-house customers upgrading from v7.2.x, should refer to the  Applying a Minor Patch Update topic in the Upgrade Guide.

#21702 - Submissions are accessible to anyone with a link to the submission repository in tenants configured with the LDAP and SAML Security Managers

v7.2.5 is a small bug fix patch release. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 8/4/17. The in-house version of Live Forms was released on 8/4/17. In-house customers should refer to the  Applying a Minor Patch Update topic in the Upgrade Guide for instructions. 

Tickets fixed:

• #21452 - "Task could not be modified. It may be locked by another user." error message when the flow or tenant admin tries to reset a workflow task in the Waiting state back to a previous step

7/29/17 - Cloud Upgrade

v7.2.4 is a bug fix patch release with one enhancement. Live Forms Cloud customers will be automatically upgraded on 7/29/17. The in-house version of Live Forms was released on 7/28/17. In-house customers should refer to the  Applying a Minor Patch Update topic in the Upgrade Guide for instructions. 

Enhancement:

The Database Connector version 2.5.2 is included in the v7.2.4 tomcat bundle. It is recommended that customers run the Database Connector v2.5.2 with v7.2.4 of to take advantage of the logging improvements added to this version. Refer to the Database Connector Release Notes for changes made

Tickets fixed:

• #20665 - Setting a Signature value to null does not clear the signature in a form. It is only cleared in the signature entry lightbox.

• #21238 - Some logfiles are not located in the <frevvo-home>\logs directory in the frevvo tomcat bundle

• #21331 - Session timeout not working for public forms in the frevvo Cloud
• #21334 - Clicking Back button from Reject page on a mobile device gives "Access Denied. This submission has already been processed" error
• #21344 - Pasting text with characters (such as the line separator U+2028) into form controls causes "initializing" error when editing a submission
• #21348 - Flow admin cannot not edit a task assigned to a role if flow admin is assigned that role

• #21404 - Setting a section to required with rules causes controls inside the section that have the Required property checked to be incorrectly flagged in error

v7.2.3 (r30281)

6/21/2017 - Cloud Upgrade

v7.2.3 is a bug fix patch release. It includes one enhancement.  Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 6/24/2017. The in-house version of Live Forms was released on 6/20/2017. In-house customers are encouraged to upgrade to v7.2.3 as soon as possible. Refer to the  Applying a Minor Patch Update topic in the Upgrade Guide for the instructions. 

Enhancements:

• #21171 - Certification of Live Forms v7.2.x , Confluence v6.2.x  and the frevvo add-on v5.4.0 is complete.

Tickets fixed:

• #21210 - Deadlock initializing form type causes error in forms/flows when Live forms loads. 
• #21234 - Form with more than 100 nesting levels does not work in design mode.    
  
• #21243 - Security manager does not change back to the default security manager when an attempt to change it fails
  
• #21247 - Reduce the default session-timeout from 8 hours to 30 minutes    
  
• #21249 - "500 Internal Server error" wgeb accessing space task list when using IIS with Live Forms    
  
• #21264 - Reject to revise task sends task notification email AND rejection email        
  
• #21269 - Clicking task perform urls in email notifications display a blank form in tenants using the SAML or Azure SAML Security Manager
  

v7.2.2 (r30107)

5/24/2017

v7.2.2 is a bug fix patch release. Live Forms Cloud customers will be automatically upgraded on 5/27/2017. The in-house version of Live Forms was released on 5/24/2017. In-house customers should refer to the  Applying a Minor Patch Update topic in the Upgrade Guide.

Tickets fixed:

• #21147 - Digital signatures not working in v7.2.1.
• #21066 - "Could not send submission for <Your Form Name> to insight server. HttpSolrClient.RemoteSolrException: Error from server" message after v7.2.1 Cloud server upgrade.

v7.2.1 is a bug fix patch release. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically upgraded on 5/13/2017. The initial in-house version of Live Forms was released on 5/12/2017. In-house customers should refer to Upgrade Guide .

Tickets fixed:

• #21038 - Roles are missing from the Role list in tenants using the Azure SAML Security Manager.
• #21049 - HTTP get call from rules to a flow URL with Task for First Step property checked does not trigger that flow after upgrading to v7.2.0
• #21069 - Java API support for URLs that do not expose the user id fails after upgrade to v7.2.0
• #21040 - Cloud tenant switch from Default Security Manager to SAML/Azure Security Managers was temporarily disabled.

v7.2.0 (r29948)

April 29, 2017

This is the initial GA release of Live Forms v7.2.0. Live Forms Cloud customers were automatically be upgraded on April 29, 2017. The in-house version of v7.2.0 Live Forms release date is TBD.  

New Features:

• Visual Rule Builder v1 (#20223).  

• URLs no longer include the designer's user id (#19777). 

  • "Lookup" parameter to locate forms/flows using the Share URL. (#20194).
• Rename attachments uploaded to forms/flows using the Upload control (#19782). 
• The Access Control List controls the permission to View/Edit submissions and edit forms/flows for customers using  with Confluence.

Tickets fixed:

• #10555 - Rule lines commented out still affect execution.
• #16318 - Permission to View/Edit submissions requires designer and editor roles for Confluence users.
• #18109 - Multiple files uploaded to a form/flow on iOS all have the same name "image.jpg".
• #18653 - "Could not update last login date for user" error when logging into app.frevvo.com as a designer user.   
• #19319 - Insight Server exception when trying to submit first activity of a workflow.
• #20076 - “Invalid tenant. Username must include a valid tenantId" error when logging in as the Backdoor admin via API.
• #20123 - Long attachment filenames cause "Data truncation: Data too long for column" error in a workflow.  
• #20209 - Add placeholder to guide users to enter the username when modifying a task to assign it to a different user.       
• #20221 - Login screen displays when the link in a completed Anonymous screenflow is clicked again if activity immediately following the last anonymous step has a dynamic role.    
• #20228 - 401 Unauthorized error when logging into an LDAP tenant via the .NET and JAVA API.
• #20385,#20666 - "is within last" condition does not work for Date and Time controls in the submission view filter.
• #20441 - IDP metadata for SAML tenant in frevvo Cloud too large for database column causing an Application error when logging in.    
• #20570 - When using a rule to expand a collapsed section, digital signatures either do not display or display when the section is collapsed.     
• #20733 - Upload control in a signed section re-enabled after signature.
• #20853 - Task notification for an anonymous step in a workflow generates a Confluence specific URL.

• #20889 - Submitting steps in a workflow with Perform By or Complete By escalations configured may corrupt the workflow if the Due date control value is empty.

End of Life Policy

frevvo supports major versions for two years after the first GA release date. For some releases, the End of Life Date may be extended. Documentation for Live Forms versions (in red - beginning with v5.1)) that are no longer supported is available on our frevvo Documentation Directory.
