• TIP-32686 - After upgrade v10.1.x to v11.0.11, the errro ‘liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found’ is encountered when there is missing data in the database.

• TIP-31165 - Spaces are ignored in the typeahead feature on fields that look up frevvo Roles (e.g. Role Assignment), resulting in the inability to search for roles with spaces.

• TIP-32590 - Roles (Groups) with Spaces/Ampersand don't work for task assignment.

• TIP-32555 - After download/upload of the workflow.zip file, one mapped PDF is replaced by another.

• TIP-32713 - Editing a copy of a flow erroneously updates the original flow.

• TIP-32751 - SAML: Raw Share link initially does not work, but loads the form after a second click or page refresh.

• TIP-32754 - SAML: frevvo login page no longer redirects SAML tenant users to their IDP.

Note, this fix does not resolve existing Save to Google Drive issues for Cloud customers; customers should follow the steps in these Migration Considerations to ensure PDFs are sent correctly.

• TIP-32784 - Submission error displaying "Form initialization failure" and PDF snapshot not generated intermittently.

• TIP-32788 - PDF Snapshot: Table prints row overlapping header on second page.

• TIP-32789 - Submission error displaying ‘The "no null" constraint is violated.’ and PDF snapshot and mapped PDFs are not generated when a step’s “printable” property is unchecked.

Designer Enhancements

• Anonymous Save: The Save button is now available for anonymous users and workflow steps assigned to email adddresses, allowing any form user to save their progress and return to it later. (TIP-28376)

• A new built-in Sequential Number Generator allows you to add an automatic ID number (e.g. an Invoice Number) to your forms/workflows. (TIP-8165)

• Many controls now provide Label and/or Value Alignment properties. (TIP-16176)

• Task Notification emails now support a custom From email address. (TIP-22214)

• Reject Notification Emails include a "CC" line that supports one or more emails and/or control templates. (TIP-19628)

• Email fields in Document Actions emails and Activity Doc Action emails now validate emails consistent with other email features (task notifcation, rejection, etc.) (TIP-32340, TIP-32243)

• The Save to Google Drive wizard allows selecting which files (snapshot, gen PDFs, attachments) should be sent similar to other form/doc action wizards. (TIP-30354)

• A new control property 'empty' can be used to check if a control has a value; the Visual Rule Builder now uses this property for the isFilled and isEmpty conditions. This resolves an issue where the isFilled condition on number controls does not work as expected. (TIP-29278)

Admin Enhancements

• Azure Security Manager now provides a filter to pull only the desired set of users/groups into frevvo. (TIP-28536)

• (On Premise Only) Server admin may now purge old submissions by age. (TIP-27883)

• Added the ability for the admin to change userid and tenantid. (TIP-28753)

Performance/Technical Improvements

• Asynchronous form initialization allows forms to render more quickly, and will display the initializing form spinner in the event data is not yet ready, rather than display a blank page. (TIP-30912)

• Post-submission processing, including Form and Document Actions, PDF Snapshot generation and PDF mapping, will now be executed asynchronously (asynchronous post processing) to improve user experience on submission and overall performance. (TIP-19792, TIP-25645)

• Upgrade Libraries

• TIP-28455 - Users CSV Upload: After initial failed validation, uploading a new file hangs on the validation step, and admin must return to the Manage page and click Manage Users again in order to re-start the process.

• TIP-29753 - An Invalid XML character in form data causes the form/workflow instance to not load and logs an error like 'Character reference \"&#16\" is an invalid XML character.' 

• TIP-30146 - Rules reordered with "move down" or "move up" do not retain the new position after saving.

• TIP-30373 - Security Managers (LDAP, SAML, Azure): Resetting the built-in admin user password via the Forgot Password link fails and logs an application error.

• TIP-32180 - A copied tenant does not display existing roles, and will not allow the admin to create roles with the same names.

• TIP-32508 - Signed sections in a screenflow assigned to an email incorrectly display "identity verified" above a prior step's signature area, and the signature itself is missing.

• TIP-32550 - The CSS class f-page-break applied to a control inside a section adds an extra page inside the section.

• TIP-32586 - Setting a form or workflow's deployed state in Settings does not persist after saving.

• TIP-32591 - PDF Snapshot is misaligned (missing right vertical border) when "Tight" layout is used.

• TIP-32656 - A task notification is incorrectly sent when reassigning a saved form.

• TIP-32660 - A form/workflow that is deleted in a deployed state continues to count against the deployed forms on the server.
