Create a new user in your Google domain and make that user the owner of all the Google sheets that integrate with your forms/flowsworkflows. This is recommended for the following reasons:
- It will eliminate confusion when searching for the correct sheet that integrates with your forms/flowsworkflows.
- When you use the Google Wizards it will show all sheets that are available for integration in the dropdown.
- Reduces the chance of another user changing a column or worksheet tab name which could break integration with your forms/flowsworkflows.
