• TIP-23926 - Search Task List now includes option to search as Participant or search as Workflow Admin to reduce the complexity of the search.

• TIP-27690 - Invalid templatized value(s) error shown when email doc action message includes valid HTML/CSS style tags in curly braces {}.
• TIP-27857 - Task list search incorrectly shows Role options for tenant admin, who can view all tasks.
• TIP-27981 - Workflow Step Activity Doc Action Email default subject and message use {form.name} instead of {flow.name} built in data templates.

New Features & Enhancements Introduced in v9.2

Form & Workflow Design Enhancements

• Create workflows faster than ever with the Workflow Design Wizard. The Workflow Design Wizard guides designers through adding and configuring steps when creating a new workflow. The wizard will automatically add some commonly used controls, assignments, business rules for initialization and workflow routing, and custom messages. (TIP-26506, TIP-27257, TIP-27360)
• Digital signatures on signed sections display the signature date in the user's local time. (TIP-22053)
• Visual Rule Builder: Supports string to number conversion using the function number(). (TIP-22593)
• Business Rules: userDetails() function supports retrieving an array of the roles assigned to the user. (TIP-23404)
• Searchable Fields Improvements: Available fields listed alphabetically; Select and move multiple fields at once using the > and < arrows. (TIP-26441)
• Multi Language Support for localizing Javascript rule validation messages available in Rule Builder. (TIP-26336)

Search Feature

• New Search feature allows users to search their content including Projects, Forms, Workflows and more. (TIP-24956, TIP-27430)
• The Project properties default description will be blank and will no longer use the default description "A project enables you to conveniently group forms, schemas and documents together and work with them as a coherent unit." This prevents projects from erroneously appearing in Search results due to the default description text. This only applies to workflows created in v9.2+. (TIP-27337)
• Name and Description of resources (forms, workflows, projects, styles) truncated to 255 characters, and Space names truncated to 50 characters, in user interface to improve resource index for search. (TIP-27479)
• Refresh Searchable Items on server admin page now allows refresh of fields within forms/flow and/or searchable items (projects, forms, schemas, etc.) used in the Search feature. (TIP-24956)

Other Enhancements

• Simplified Manage License & Usage page for Cloud tenant administrators offers combined view of plan details and monthly submissions. Overage alert notifications will email tenant admins when submissions reach 90% of license limit and will appear on Manage License & Usage page if submission limit is exceeded. (TIP-18422, TIP-27490)
• Upgraded to Tomcat v9.0.31 to allow sameSiteCookies=none for compatibility with Chrome v80 browser upgrade and to address 'ghostcat' security vulnerability. (TIP-27497, TIP-27680)
• /wiki/spaces/frevvo92/pages/816783754 feature allows server admins to hard-delete soft-deleted submissions. (On-premise only - available in a future software download.) (TIP-25435)
• Server admin Manage Public Form/Workflow Templates page is updated for "super user". (On-premise only - available in a future software download) (TIP-26313)
  • Ability to specify an optional Help URL that will appear on the install templates dialog. The Manage Public Form/Workflow Templates page will provide options to Add, Update or Remove the Help URL.
  • A new "Update" button in the Description column allows replacement of a published Form/Workflow template with a Flow/Workflow zip file. 
  • The designer navigation menu will no longer appear on the admin@d user's “Manage Public Form/Workflow Templates” page. 
• Minimum prior version of v7.0 is required for upgrade to v9.2+. Expired and unlicensed tenants and users in the  Cloud that have not been accessed since before v7.0 are not eligible for upgrade and will be removed. (On-premise Configuration Checklist now provides a User Upgrade Threshold table with list of users who have not upgraded to the minimum required version number. The admin can use the information in this page to either delete the non-upgraded users or login as that user to upgrade them. Upgrading all users to the minimum required version will be a prerequisite for the next major on-premise release.) (TIP-26958)

Visual Rule Builder

• TIP-21958 - Visual Rule Builder: A rule with "current step is" condition does not show an error if the step named in the condition is deleted.
• TIP-25972 - Visual Rule Builder: The message "Rule condition FALSE actions may only be added if a condition has been specified" sometimes appears on Else Action screen even when a condition is set.

Templatized Strings & Field Length

• TIP-22770 - Application error occurs, step takes too long to load, and Save Successful message does not appear on steps where Task Information field is too long.
• TIP-25792 - Various application errors occur when templates resolve to a value greater than 255 characters in a length-restricted field (such as submission failure when email subject line is too long).
• TIP-25876 - Error in logs "org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not execute statement" when trying to edit an application (project) which has a long name.
• TIP-26378 - Error in logs "Data truncation: Data too long for column" and submission failed when certain fields (task notification email, pdf name) are too long.
• TIP-26032 - Style Name, Description and Custom fields are not restricting input length.
• TIP-27207 - Starting the Refresh Searchable Fields process on a form or workflow with a long name causes the error "Data truncation: Data too long for column 'job_desc'".

Form/Workflow Designers

• TIP-23414 - Missing error message "Cannot change type on an empty Repeat" when attempting to change the Control Type from Repeat to Table.
• TIP-24562 - A selection control with dynamic options that are set by a business rule and that have the same labels but different values, does not pass the new values when selection is changed.
• TIP-27025 - Workflow Properties: Document Actions - HTML code appears in window after session timeout on Send to Google Drive and Send to ImageSilo/PVE options.
• TIP-27153 - A ComboBox set to frevvo User or frevvo Roles on a public form does not show any error message when no options are shown because the user is not logged in.
• TIP-27179 - Properties Navigator Access Control section in Form Designer showed "edit flow" instead of "edit form" and in Workflow Designer showed "edit flow" instead of "edit workflow."
• TIP-27488 - Users are not alerted when attempting to save forms and workflows with PDF mapping errors, rule errors, or precondition validation errors.
• TIP-27572 - Signed section Wet Signature sometimes changes to Text/Image Signature when user double-clicks "Edit this section" button. 
• TIP-27625 - Set Permissions action on Forms and Workflows home page does not sync with Access Control tab in Workflow Properties wizard.
• TIP-27762 - Error message missing when user attempts to delete a submission in a Shared Item from a Space.

Other tickets fixed

• TIP-26464 - Multi Language Support: Date Picker buttons 'today' and 'close' on Date controls cannot be localized.
• TIP-26573 - LDAP Security Manager: Login As icon missing on Manage Users page when users are from LDAP security manager.
• TIP-27051 - Session never expires when user is in the Workflow Properties dialog box.
• TIP-27216 - Install a Prebuilt Template: If session expires while on "All Installable Templates" window, clicking Install causes an application error instead of redirecting to login screen.
• TIP-26574 - Deleting a submission does not clear dynamically assigned Access Control that was set in the deleted submission, allowing a user continued access from the Shared Items list.
• TIP-26841 - Link "Back to My Account" incorrectly displays on My Account page in Space.
• TIP-27055 - Security: Logs include sensitive information in clear case.
• TIP-27355 - It is possible to create a new Style with a blank name.
• TIP-27356 - Browser tab name references "Application" instead of "Project" on Project Properties screen.
• TIP-27545 - frevvo application is not checking Configuration Checklist (Database Schema, Email Configuration, Insight Server Configuration) during startup.

Features Retired in v9.2.0:

• TIP-26313 - Feature Removed: "Make Public" checkbox on Publish Template dialogue has been removed.
• TIP-27615 - ImageSilo/Papervision integration will be removed in a future release. A warning message has been added to the Document Action: Send to ImageSilo or Papervision Enterprise option. Customers using this feature should contact us to discuss other integration options.
• TIP-27485 - Removed 'frevvo.rule.optimize-internal-get' statement.
