Designer Workshops

This training provides frevvo product expertise to customers and partners in small, accessible, power-packed sessions on key topics. Designer workshops are currently free to join, and you can attend as many workshops as you would like. Please contact us with questions.

Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours virtual instructor-led sessions

Cost: Free

Prerequisite: Some experience with the form and workflow designers is desired. Please review these training videos to familiarize yourself with frevvo.

Designer Workshop Topics

• Forms & Flows  - Take your form & workflow design skills to the next level. This class is great for both new and experienced form designers.

• Business Rules - See how to use the Visual Rule Builder to quickly add the most popular business logic to your forms without writing code. Learn tips from a frevvo expert.

• Help Desk Administrator - Learn best practices for managing production forms and workflows, as well as how to assist users in your tenant by modifying tasks and troubleshooting submissions.

• PDF Mapping - Discover a unique and handy frevvo tool that allows you to map your form data to any PDF, such as IRS tax form or a branded business form. 

• Google Connector - Learn how to create dynamic forms and workflows that integrate with Google Sheets and Google Drive.

• Database Connector - Explore how to create dynamic frevvo forms integrated with your SQL database.

Workflow Training I and II

Our multi-day workflow classes are for customers interested in designing and building workflows all the way from simple, to moderate to complex. The sessions consist of a series of instructor-led exercises where you'll roll up your sleeves to apply best practices in the design and implementation of several workflows. All students receive a free account on our training tenant to work on exercises during the class. 

• Workflow Training I (previously New User Training) is for anyone building their first workflow in frevvo, and reseller partners seeking customer support certification. You'll design and build an approval workflow with a focus on the standard design features.

• Workflow Training II (previously Advanced User Training) covers more complex workflow and product features, business rules, many different design patterns and testing scenarios.

Duration: Each class is conducted over three consecutive virtual instructor-led sessions running between 3-4 hours per session.

Prerequisite: Experience designing forms and writing basic business rules is required. You can fulfill this pre-requisite by attending the Mini Training Sessions series and working thru our self-paced Online Tutorials.

Database Connector Training

Our 1/2 day frevvo Database Connector class is for customers interested in building forms/workflows that read and write to their own custom database tables. This is a paid class that is run upon request and has a 5-student minimum. This class uses a sample database. If you would prefer assistance with your own custom database tables, please contact your frevvo account manager to schedule a custom one-on-one help session with a frevvo client services team member.

Duration: 4 hours

Cost: $300 per student. Please contact us with questions.

Prerequisite: Experience designing forms and writing basic business rules is required. You can fulfill this pre-requisite by attending the Mini-Training class series and working thru our self-paced Online Tutorials.

  • Mapping HTML requests to SQL queries

• Auto-generate frevvo forms from your database schema

  • Generate and Edit XML Schema

  • Create a Form from XML schema

• Use frevvo forms to Create, Retrieve, Update and Delete records from your external database

  • Initialize form fields from a database

  • Create and Update rows upon form submission

Client Services Training

We ensure your success with your new form and workflow projects. These classes are available to clients at the conclusion of their project with our team. They are customized with project-specific details and delivered during the final project hand-off period.

Help Desk / Admin Training

Prepare your Help Desk person (staff) to assist your user community.

• Assist users in signing into the tenant portal.

• Assist users in accessing and performing their tasks.

• Troubleshoot task list and submission repository concerns.

• Request changes to the project or user's profiles.

• Understand the project including business logic and notifications.

• Understanding when to reach out for product support.

Designer Training

Prepare your form designers to maintain and enhance your new form/workflow.

• Understand your form and workflow design.

• Understand the business logic and dynamic behaviors.

• Understand all integration touch points.

• Ability to diagnose issues and make fixes and enhancements to the form/workflow/logic.

• Ability to diagnose integration issues. 

 Note: If your frevvo project has complex business rules or deep integration (ex: database) the correct customer resource(s) must be identified to participate in this class. Additional training may be recommended (ex: frevvo database connector, frevvo workflows training).
